Here's What You Need:
LOCAL Raw or Manuka Honey (emphasis on the local. Read why, here).
1-2 drops lavender essential oil
Half a dropper of Serene CBD Oil
Optional boosts: ¼ cup plain yogurt, avocado, or uncooked oatmeal.
1 designated nail painter, aka your child
Here's What You Do:
1. Mix all ingredients. We recommend using a whisk to fully combine the honey.
2. Pop her in the fridge! This will create a nice cooling effect that further soothes, depuffs, and destresses.
3. Have your designated nail painter get to work. And have them grab some cucumbers for your eyes while they're at it. It’s Mother’s Day so this needs to feel official.
