RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

To potentially receive a refund or to return products, please contact our customer support team at info@wildbynaturecbd.com. For all products over 30 days, sales are considered final. Products must be returned prior to receiving a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a different product, please return the original product for a full refund and place a new order.

BROKEN, DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS:

If you received your order damaged, please contact info@wildbynaturecbd.com with your order# within 3 Days of receiving your order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and our team will work with you to get the issue resolved.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • All orders over $59.99 will receive free shipping. All other orders have a $10.00 flat fee delivery charge.
  • Shipping Options: All Good Forest orders will ship via UPS or FedEx. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Good Forest orders will not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Tracking – Your Good Forest shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order ships. The order will contain your UPS or FedEx tracking number which will be active for tracking 24 to 48 hours after shipping label creation.

LOST SHIPMENTS:

Please confirm the accuracy of your shipping address before you submit your order. Incorrect or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments. Good Forest cannot be responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or partial addresses.
