Self Care for the Activist

We get it, right now is a heavy time. When your body is stressed out it’s important to take care of the things you control on the outside, so you can feel some balance on the inside. We’ve outline three tips to help:

Honor your body: Lots of sleep, hydrate, fresh air & movement. 

Engage with community: Whether online or in person, engage with people who bring positivity into your life. 

Take time for yourself: Take time for you. Set aside 10 minutes each day to meditate, journal and answer any other cravings your mind and body have.
