We had activist, coach and speaker Michelle Saheene virtually talk to our  team last week and it was empowering. Specializing in racism and opening the conversation, Michelle emphasizes the importance of #showingup to the conversation around racism. We learned to love your culture, value other cultures and perhaps most importantly, educate yourself around the history of cultures.
