How to Practice Self-Care with CBD

CBD can be a very powerful addition to your self-care rituals. And here’s the thing, there are ways to get even more out of your day-to-day routine.

First things first: Consistency is key when it comes to CBD. Not only do face masks serve as a moment to slow down, relax, and find calm among the chaos—they’re incredibly beneficial in treating the body’s largest organ; the skin. CBD BUBBLE BATH
Whether you’re sitting at a desk or on your feet for most of the day – stress causes your muscles to contract. Soaking them in a bath eases tension, soothes the skin and muscles, while providing a calming ritual to end your day. And by adding CBD oils to your bath, you can make a great thing even better. The heat not only increases absorption of CBD through the skin, but it also improves CBD’s anti-inflammatory properties.
